Feel your best in 30 days!

Does even the word “detox” sound horrific to you?? When I first heard of this idea I was immediately not interested thinking I was going to go through a rigorous gut-wrenching experience that only holistic gurus could tolerate… To my pleasant surprise after many hours of research of every kind of detox program you can imagine, I found one that “fit” for me. Keep in mind, everyone is different and you may need a different approach but the following outline has been a very positive experience for me. I have more energy, less bloat and certainly feel my body has been re-energized! I have made it super easy to follow because if you are like me, anything too complicated and I am out after a few days 🙂

Basically I had to eliminate a few major causes of inflammation which by the way, is the culprit that causes many of the major chronic diseases we are facing today.

Here is the NO list…

  1. Processed sugar.. read labels!! Just because its organic, its still sugar and sugar is the enemy for the next 30 days.
  2. Grains of ANY kind. Not even gluten-free… nada..zip…zero!
  3. Alcohol..ya,ya I know its summer. Find your happy place without the case 😉
  4. Artifical Anything. Think real food, garden grown, fresh! Avoid packaged foods and artificial sweeteners. These have many AKA. Only choose stevia or truvia.
  5. Dairy. I use coconut and almond milk- it tastes much better anyway.

Everything else is OK by me. There are a few “best foods” that I would recommend as they have been proven to be super nutritious, fat burning and alkaline for best overall results.

Here is the BEST list…

1. Kale

2. Spinach

3. Broccoli

4. Avocado

5. Cucumber

6. Asparagus

7. Banana

8. Berries

9. Grass-fed beef

10. Grass-fed eggs

These are just a few of the “best” options. You are free to eat ANY fruit, vegetable and meat (grass-fed only) .

Here is your SUPPLEMENT list…

WRAP:  once a week

REMOVE:  remove toxic things* from your diet paired with Thermofit 2-3x/day

* Toxic Things* – This is not about weightloss, it’s about getting the junk out and putting the good stuff in. THEN… your body is best prepared to shed those unwanted pounds.

Lastly a “toxin” many may not even be aware of is PEOPLE! Yes! Not that you eat people (HAHA), but their very presence can cause a chemical reaction in your body that is not beneficial to you. I know… it’s impossible to avoid however, setting strict boundaries with this certain group will be crucial to your 30 day detox. I want you feeling good in all areas, mind, body and spirit!

REBOOT:  Greens 1x/day — Put some good stuff back into your body!
