Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp honey mustard
- 2 slices whole grain bread,toasted
- ½ whole avocado, peeled and sliced
- ½ whole tomato , thinly sliced
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 4 fresh basil leaves , chopped
- ½ tbsp ground flaxseed
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- 1. Spread honey mustard on toast slice
- 2. Lay on avocado and tomato (Sliced or Mashed)
- 3. Drizzle with the oil
- 4. Top with basil , flaxseed, and seasoning
Notes
–Add a few thin slices of cucumber or a pinch of parmeson cheese
