You may already have heard that dark chocolate is good for you.  This has been well established by over 300 scientific studies, particularly in association with heart health.  One study from Harvard Medical School concluded that chocolate improved blood flow while another study published by Nutrition Journal, found that chocolate improved fatigue by 35% and people were less depressed and anxious.

 

With that said, NOT all chocolate is beneficial and eating more is not better… wouldn’t that be nice!

 

The healthiest chocolate can be found in pure cocoa as in the IT Works!
