The purpose of the fast is to draw closer to God. The meal plan for the 21 Day FiTFAST starting December 26th is simple and easy to follow. However, do not let what you eat become your focus, this is only a guide. It’s important to know your own body and this should be challenging. I encourage you to seek God daily in prayer using the outline provided as a guide (link coming soon). Its most important to focus on prayer and allow the Holy Spirit to lead you. The goal is not just giving up foods, it is to lead you in closer to God.

What do you need faith to believe for? What mountain do you need moved?
You are at your own place in your walk with God, start where you are! This is your own personal time to connect closer to God by disconnecting with your daily habits and patterns. I am so excited you have decided to give 21 days to your personal transformation! As you prepare for this fast make it your intention to not only experience a physical transformation but also a spiritual one. There is no better way to experience the presence and power of God than through an intentional fast! May God bless you as you seek Him first.
“And Jesus rebuked the demon, and it came out of him; and the child was cured from that very hour.19 Then the disciples came to Jesus privately and said, “Why could we not cast it out?”20 So Jesus said to them, “Because of your unbelief;[a] for assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you. 21 However, this kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting.”
