Marinated Grilled Tuna

Ingredients

  • 1/4  cup soy sauce, reduced sodium
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1 tbsp horseradish sauce
  • 1 ½   lb tuna fillets , uncooked

 

Directions

*Note that this recipe requires 1 hour of marinating time*

  1. Combine soy sauce, syrup and horseradish in a large, plastic resealable food storage bag
  2. Rinse fish and cut into six 6-ounce pieces
  3. Place fish in plastic bag; seal and refrigerate for 1 hour, turning bag occasionally
  4. Remove fish from plastic bag and discard marinade
  5. Grill tuna, covered with grill lid, over high heat(400°F  to 500°F) for 2 minutes on each side

Serves 4
