Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy sauce, reduced sodium
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- 1 tbsp horseradish sauce
- 1 ½ lb tuna fillets , uncooked
Directions
*Note that this recipe requires 1 hour of marinating time*
- Combine soy sauce, syrup and horseradish in a large, plastic resealable food storage bag
- Rinse fish and cut into six 6-ounce pieces
- Place fish in plastic bag; seal and refrigerate for 1 hour, turning bag occasionally
- Remove fish from plastic bag and discard marinade
- Grill tuna, covered with grill lid, over high heat(400°F to 500°F) for 2 minutes on each side
