- 4 oz Salmon, grilled
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
- 1 tbsp agave syrup, drizzled over salmon
- 1 cup cooked brown rice

- In a large mixing bowl, toss all ingredients together , and serve
