Ingredients

- 3 cans water-packed tuna, drained
- 1 sweet yellow pepper, diced
- ¼ C. white onion, diced
- 2 tsp. dried basil
- 2 tsp. dried red chili powder
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/8 C. lemon juice
- 1/8 C. olive oil
Directions
- Saute onion over medium heat until soft.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix all ingredients together.
