Baked Tilapia

Ingredients

  • (4) 4 oz fillers Tilapia
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • ½ cup onion , sliced
  • 1 tbsp parsley , chopped
  • ½  whole bay leaves , crushed

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 ° F
  2. Wash and dry fillets and seasons with sea salt and pepper . Arrange fillets in a baking dish in a single layer and sprinkle with parsley , thyme , and bay leaves
  3. Cover and cook 12-15 minutes  or until tilapia becomes flaky
