  • 8 egg whites
  • 1/3 C. oatmeal
  • 1tsp. baking powder
  • 1tsp. vanilla
  • 1tsp. cinnamon


  1. Blend all ingredients together for 20-30 seconds.  
  2. Heat pan with small amount of coconut oil.  
  3. Pour in mixture and cover at low to medium heat.  
  4. When it puffs up and is cooked around the outer edges, flip and cook for another few seconds.  
  5. Fold in half and then in half again (crepe style).  
  6. Serve with sliced banana and agave syrup.
