Ingredients
- 8 egg whites
- 1/3 C. oatmeal
- 1tsp. baking powder
- 1tsp. vanilla
- 1tsp. cinnamon
Directions
- Blend all ingredients together for 20-30 seconds.
- Heat pan with small amount of coconut oil.
- Pour in mixture and cover at low to medium heat.
- When it puffs up and is cooked around the outer edges, flip and cook for another few seconds.
- Fold in half and then in half again (crepe style).
- Serve with sliced banana and agave syrup.
