Ingredients
- 4 oz salmon steak
- 1/4 cup water chestnut, chopped
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- Small bunch of cilantro
- 1/2 cup pineapple
- 2 cup arugula
Directions
- Grill salmon.
- Arrange arugula on plate.
- Sprinkle water chestnut on top.
- Add pineapple and salmon last.
- Garnish with cilantro, sesame seeds and drizzle with lime juice.
