Salmon with Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients

  • 4 oz salmon steak
  • 1/4  cup water chestnut, chopped
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • Small bunch of cilantro
  • 1/2  cup pineapple
  • 2 cup arugula

Directions

  1. Grill salmon.
  2. Arrange arugula on plate.
  3. Sprinkle water chestnut on top.
  4. Add pineapple and salmon last.
  5. Garnish with cilantro, sesame seeds and drizzle with lime juice.

Serves 1
