Tips for a Healthy Holiday Season

The holidays – the time from Thanksgiving through New Year’s – bring to mind thoughts of family, friends, fun and food! Yet each year, millions of Americans struggle to maintain their waistlines, stress levels and bank accounts during the holidays.

This time of year tends to include an abundance of temptations, overindulgence and stress. However, with a little planning and motivation, you CAN avoid gaining those unwanted pounds, you CAN control your stress, and you CAN manage your budget!
