Ingredients
- (4) 4 oz fillers Tilapia
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- ½ cup onion , sliced
- 1 tbsp parsley , chopped
- ½ whole bay leaves , crushed
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 ° F
- Wash and dry fillets and seasons with sea salt and pepper . Arrange fillets in a baking dish in a single layer and sprinkle with parsley , thyme , and bay leaves
- Cover and cook 12-15 minutes or until tilapia becomes flaky
