Why are these ridiculously easy brussels sprouts so good? Their coarsely-shredded texture is very appealing… But I have to admit, the flavors of the crispy bacon combined with the Fuji Apple make this recipe!
- – One (1) bag of coarsely-shredded brussels sprouts
- – Six (6) pieces of organic bacon (chopped)
- – One (1) Fuji Apple (diced)
- – Salt/pepper to taste
- Toss ingredients
- Drizzle with olive oil
- Bake for 30 minutes at 375 —or until bacon is crispy
