Whole wheat Pancakes

Ingredients

  • ¾  cup  whole wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp baking powder
  • 3 tbsp agave syrup
  • medium egg white
  • ½  cup skim milk
  • 2 small handfuls mixed berries
  • 1 scoop Creamy Vanilla Ultimate Profit(optional)

Directions

  1. In a large bowl mix the flour , baking powder , Profit (optional ) and agave syrup
  2. In a separate bowl , whisk together the egg white and milk,then add to the flour along with  ½ cup water . Mix just until combined
  3. Heat a nonstick skillet over a medium heat and spray with cooking spray . spoon pancake batter into the skillet
  4. Cook until bubbles appear on the top and the edges look dry . Flip. Cook until bottom is golden brown
  5. Serve with berries

Serves  1
